Tacos on the Run

I love Mexican food. And by Mexican food, I mean Mexican food. I'm not really into TexMex or CaliMex. Well, I like them, but I love MexMex much more.

The gal at Cook & Eat went out on a taco truck crawl and took some fabulous photos of tasty taco truck tacos around the Seattle area. Of course one can only eat so many tacos, so hopefully there will be a part 2 to her experience.

If I were the me without kids, I'd feel inspired and go out on my own taco truck crawl and take yummy photos to tempt you all. But alas, a dream is all I have. I'll have to add "taco truck crawl" to my "when the kids are older" list.

Time to take a nap and dream about tacos.
